Great to meet you!

I support individuals navigating life’s complexities—setting boundaries with family or work, building a life that honors both ambition and connection, and making space for joy. I work with neurodivergent clients to harness their strengths in relationships, school, and the workplace. I also hold space for grief in all its forms—loss of a loved one, a role, or a sense of self—knowing there’s no shortcut, only the path through. I don’t have all the answers (no matter what you’re facing), but I believe you do—and I’m here to help you find them through deep listening, reflection, a dose of humor, and a steady focus on your strengths.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, parents, and couples navigating neurodivergence, grief, family boundaries, and the big questions about love, work, and purpose. Using existential therapy, ACT, and humor (sometimes you have to laugh so you don’t cry), I offer a warm, supportive space to explore what matters most.

What you can expect from me

I help clients reshape the stories they tell about themselves through an existentialist lens, uncovering meaning, purpose, and self-worth. Specializing in neurodivergence, I focus on identifying strengths, fostering empowerment through boundaries, & promoting growth through finding opportunities in life's challenges.
