Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Nicole, a psychotherapist with over three years of experience providing outpatient therapy. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship concerns.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, and my Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University. I also completed a Psychoanalytic Fellowship through the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, my goal is to help you make meaningful connections between past experiences and present challenges, while identifying clear, actionable steps toward a more fulfilling life. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive lens, grounded in the belief that human connection is essential to healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and goals to better understand your unique experiences.

We’ll also review important information such as confidentiality and office policies, and complete a few brief assessments to help guide our work together.
