Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nicole. I help people heal from trauma that can stay with them in their lives. I specialize in sexuality, self-identity, and life transitions. I work with people who feel disconnected from themselves, struggle with body shame, or are navigating questions around identity and desire. With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds. I have personal and professional experience as part of the LGBTQ+, ADHD/Autism, military, and entertainment communities. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the things that are holding you back from living your best life. I help you understand patterns, process past experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

My approach to therapy

Using an eclectic blend of techniques like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness, I can help you process your feelings and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. I want to help you understand your thoughts, regulate your emotions, and feel more connected to your body. This combination allows you to build the confidence to express your needs, set boundaries, and create relationships where you feel seen and valued.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are heard and respected. I often provide tools and gentle guidance between sessions so you can continue building confidence and clarity in your everyday life. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, trust yourself, and move through life’s transitions with greater ease, I would love to help you.
