Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is a meaningful step towards prioritizing your wellness. If you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply in need of a space to speak openly and reflect on your experiences, I welcome the opportunity to talk with you to see if working together feels like a good fit. I work with adults and older adults in MD and DC who are navigating life transitions, chronic and life-limiting illness, grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the emotional realities of death and dying. I also have experience supporting front-line responders and survivors who have experienced traumatic events, particularly related to natural disasters and emergency situations.

My approach to therapy

I draw from therapeutic approaches including CBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based and solution-focused therapies.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. Together, we will develop meaningful therapeutic goals while exploring emotional patterns, longstanding relationship dynamics, and internal narratives.
