Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Nicole, and I am a board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from the University of Denver- Graduate School of Social Work. My background is in Emergency Medical settings and outpatient therapy. I offer individual counseling to adults and older adults experiencing symptoms of self-doubt, grief and loss, and relationship conflict.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in empowerment, acceptance, and the healing power of laughter. I support clients as they reclaim their truest selves by embracing vulnerability and challenging the limiting stories or intrusive thoughts that have gotten in the way of everyday life. I am passionate about honoring memories, creating new meaning, and establishing positive change.

What you can expect from me

I utilize a whole-person approach, meaning, I believe mental health is intimately connected with other aspects of your life. Maybe you have a chronic illness? Perhaps a family gathering brought up some old, unhealed wounds? Together we will observe the dynamics of your world, integrate self-compassion, set healthy boundaries, and develop new goals.
