Great to meet you!

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders, and I welcome those seeking steady, thoughtful support through life’s challenges. With more than 17 years of nursing experience serving the community, I create a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. Together, we build a personalized plan that supports long-term wellness, balance, and a better quality of life. I want you to leave sessions feeling supported, understood, and hopeful. We begin there.

My approach to therapy

During your first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to treatment. We’ll talk through your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. My hope is that you leave with clarity, a clear plan, and confidence that you have a provider who will listen and partner with you. You can exhale here.

What you can expect from me

I view medication as one part of a comprehensive treatment plan rather than the entire solution. Whenever appropriate, I encourage healthy lifestyle habits, stress management, mindfulness, and practical strategies that support overall well-being. I enjoy paddle boarding and yoga, and I bring that grounded respect for balance into the care we create together.
