Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am trained in Clinical Psychology, having obtained a Master's and Doctorate degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I have more than 20 years of professional experience in university, hospital, forensic, and private practice settings, all of which have increased my knowledge and skillset. I currently specialize in treating adults aged 18 and older. I treat clients primarily with relationship and family issues, stresses of all origins, depression, anxiety, life adjustments, developmental trauma, identity issues, ADHD, grief, parenting challenges, diversity issues, and women’s issues.

My approach to therapy

As an empathic, professional, and mindful clinician with years of clinical training and experience, I am happy to help and always hopeful I can do so! My nonjudgmental perspective allows me to prioritize my desire and efforts to understand you, while hoping you feel seen, heard, understood, and respected.

What you can expect from me

I use an integrative style of therapy, which allows for the use of theory, evidence-based practices, neurological principles, and clinically founded strategies meant to address each client’s individual treatment needs and goals.
