Nicole Scotto

I was born and raised in Miami, FL (and still reside there today). I always had the dream of becoming a therapist; but I am even more thrilled to be a therapist in today's world. We are finally recognizing mental health as a society, and I am truly honored to be part of that shift!

I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in health and wellness as a whole. I like to use holistic psychotherapy to address the entire person and their lifestyle to achieve the best possible quality of life in the areas of mind, but also body and spirit.

I like to build a strong rapport with my clients and really get to know them for who they are. This allows me to tailor our sessions to you and your unique needs and goals for therapy. Clients can expect to feel supported, heard/seen, and challenged in healthy ways. I also love to help my clients set small attainable goals for themselves if that is something they wish to work on! Small changes make up the big differences!
