Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with children, teens, and adults. I help people manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and life stress using thoughtful, evidence-based care. I believe in listening first and creating a plan that actually fits your life. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, focused, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My style is calm, collaborative, and straightforward. We work together to understand what’s going on and decide on the best next steps. I use medication carefully and only when it makes sense. I want you to feel informed, comfortable, and involved in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is relaxed but focused. We’ll talk through your concerns, history, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll answer your questions and explain options clearly. You’ll leave with a plan and a clear idea of what comes next.
