Great to meet you!

In over 20 years of practice, I have gained experience working with adults, adolescents, parents/caregivers and families, covering all manner of relational, mental health and familial challenges. I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I also provide supervision to LCSWAs. I am here to support you honestly and authentically while providing compassion but also fostering growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends years of experience with natural compassion and insight. I'm not a passive therapist, but rather interactive in sessions using an eclectic method applying techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), strengths-based and solution-focused techniques, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I have a friendly, direct style and foster a welcoming, non-judgmental relationship to explore challenges and collaborate on ways to live one’s most fulfilled life. I use an observational and intuitive approach to guide clients to develop the best possible relationships with themselves and others. My goal is to help individuals and families develop emotional strength, clarity, and confidence.
