Hello, I'm Nicki Taylor, a mental health counselor dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families through life's challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful growth.
I have extensive experience working with children and teens facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, and family transitions. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, play therapy techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Together, we will work to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop practical skills that support long-term well-being.
