Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Nicole, a licensed therapist. If you want to feel better, you've come to the right place. Feeling better starts with thinking differently. My job is to help you uncover patterns in your thinking that are keeping you stuck. I have been in the field of mental health for over 20 years. I have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology, and I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

My approach to therapy

I'm down to earth and engaging. I'll give you the tools you need and help you uncover your strengths. You'll discover insights that can bring about a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

I'll take a genuine interest in getting to know you and listening to your story. I'll make you feel safe and heard. Then we'll get down to business. We'll work together to identify your goals and a plan for achieving them.
