I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York with over ten years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I have worked with adolescents, couples, and families. I enjoy getting to the heart of the situation, and I am not afraid to address the “elephant in the room.”

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, functional family therapy, and motivational interviewing. It is essential to be both seen and heard in treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to use evidence-based and tailored techniques to fit the client's challenges and specific needs.
