Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling as though they cannot possibly take “one more thing.” They’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply burned out. This can be especially distressing when symptoms don’t have a clear explanation — or when they do understand what’s happening, yet have felt dismissed, minimized, or doubted by others.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, depression, and major life transitions. I also hold certifications in Case Management and Integrative Mental Health, which means I pay close attention to how biology, prolonged stress, hormones, and often unrecognized underlying medical issues can impact mental and emotional health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care, and I listen closely to what you feel is needed. If you aren’t sure, we’ll work together to understand what’s driving your symptoms while building practical, sustainable tools to help you gain clarity, find peace, and take steps in a direction that feels right for you.

Many of my clients have previously felt unheard or minimized, so I strive to create a space where you feel believed and respected, rather than judged.

I also work with parents navigating the emotional weight of supporting loved ones with complex needs, including chronic illness, autism, PANS/PANDAS, or other neuroimmune, physical and mental health conditions.

What you can expect from me

My work is also informed by my personal Christian faith, which shapes my values around compassion, dignity, serving others, connection, purpose, and respect for each person’s lived experience. In all that I do, my desire is to live these values. While many people come to me seeking a Christian perspective, I also have many clients with different beliefs who simply come because they trust me to provide excellent care.
