Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker. My specialties include anxiety, grief and loss, and depression. My work with grief and loss encompasses loss of identity, loss of loved ones, loss of pregnancy, and infant loss.

I have worked with adults in a variety of treatment settings, including outpatient mental health, home health care, and hospice care.

My approach to therapy

As a versatile therapist, I integrate a wide variety of clinical approaches with collaboration, compassion, and understanding to help guide people through their unique, personal journeys.

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist can be a daunting task and it's important to find a good fit. In the first session, it is my hope that the client walks away feeling they have found a supportive therapeutic relationship. I seek to cultivate a warm, safe, and trusting environment where people can express themselves, grow, and invoke positive changes in their lives.
