Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they feel both deeply understood and gently challenged in our work. You won’t be met with quick fixes or surface-level advice. Instead, I offer a grounded, relational space where we can slow down, get curious, and make sense of the patterns—emotional, relational, historical—that are shaping your current struggles. I’m especially attuned to the inner lives of high-achieving adults: those who appear competent on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unseen underneath.

I’m trained in psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR, and I approach each client with a blend of clinical precision and emotional presence. You can expect warmth, honesty, and an active collaboration toward lasting emotional change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, depth-oriented, and emotionally attuned. Rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based frameworks, I help clients understand how past experiences and unconscious patterns continue to shape their present lives, especially in moments of stress, self-criticism, or emotional disconnection. We bring compassion and curiosity to the parts of you that feel stuck, while also making space for the parts that long for something different.

With individuals, I integrate EMDR to process unresolved experiences and shift core beliefs that keep them caught in cycles of perfectionism, shame, or over-responsibility. With couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy to slow down conflict, surface underlying needs, and re-establish a secure connection.

Across all my work, I focus on helping you not just understand yourself more deeply, but experience real emotional change in how you relate, feel, and live.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling both seen and challenged—more connected to themselves and clearer on how to navigate the parts of their inner world that tend to feel overwhelming or stuck.

We’ll work together to understand the deeper emotional patterns driving your current stress, relational dynamics, or self-criticism—not just to analyze them, but to begin shifting them in a meaningful way. Therapy with me is both reflective and active. You can expect to build greater emotional insight, increase your tolerance for vulnerability, and develop more honest, sustainable ways of relating to yourself, your goals, and the people in your life.
