Great to meet you!

I’m a medical social worker and therapist with 13 years of experience supporting people navigating trauma, PTSD, neurodiversity, maternal mental health, and identity-related concerns. I bring a diverse background, an easygoing personality, and a genuine passion for connecting with people and supporting them through life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a space where you can be yourself, with room for humor, creativity, and a fresh perspective. Together, we can take a second look at your story, uncover new insights, and develop a deeper appreciation for just how much you’ve already navigated, survived, and even thrived.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and seeing if you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. We’ll talk a little about what brings you to therapy, how you’re hoping to feel, and what you might want to be different in your life.
