Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a licensed therapist with nearly 10 years of experience helping high-achieving, overwhelmed adults get unstuck. I help you uncover what’s holding you back from being your true self. Together, we'll identify the root cause of those overwhelming feelings and reignite your motivation. I provide tools and strategies to create meaningful change, guiding you to reconnect with yourself and live a life that excites and inspires you.

My approach to therapy

Through cognitive, somatic and mindfulness practices, I provide holistic counseling to people who refuse to give up on themselves and recognize that things must change to get the results that they desire. I am Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in Brainspotting. Though I have an eclectic therapeutic style, I tend to blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and good ol’ talk therapy to help you move from the sidelines to the lead role in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain clarity on what's holding them back, practical tools to manage overwhelm, and strategies to reignite or discover their passion. My sessions focus on helping you reconnect with your true self, fostering personal growth, and empowering you to make meaningful changes. You'll leave with a renewed sense of purpose, confidence, and actionable steps to create the life you truly want.
