Great to meet you!

I love working with individuals navigating transitional periods in their lives. These are times when we need someone to be unbiased and honest while we come face to face with our past and present, in order to build a successful future. I will work collaboratively with you to identify goals and teach you skills that you can utilize, even after our time together has concluded. It takes a brave person to ask for help and I provide a safe and caring environment to building that successful future.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style is Eclectic. I utilize mainly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and Person- Centered approaches regularly in my practice.

What you can expect from our first session

I encourage my clients to challenge themselves in our sessions, as change is never easy, and it takes courage to face things in our lives that are uncomfortable. We work together toward successful changes that can enhance their life for the better.
