Great to meet you!

As a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH) with over 15 years of experience, I bring a diverse and seasoned perspective to our work together. Throughout my career, I have served as a licensed Mental Health Supervisor, a Substance Abuse Clinician, a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor (RPT-S), and a Family Counselor.

My clinical background is extensive, spanning private practice, hospital settings, state agencies, and federal programs. This breadth of experience allows me to meet you with a high level of expertise and a deep understanding of the many systems that impact your well-being. Whether we are navigating individual challenges or family dynamics, I draw on this decade-and-a-half of professional insight to provide you with comprehensive, specialized care.

My approach to therapy

Welcome to Stepping Stones of LIFE, LLC (SSOL). I offer a warm, integrative space where your story can unfold at its own pace, grounded in a collaborative partnership where we openly share insights and ideas. Our work together begins with a dialogue that helps light the way forward, exploring the connection between your past and present to understand how your history has shaped who you are today.

In our sessions, I remain deeply attuned to your experience as it unfolds in the moment—paying close attention to the ways your nervous system seeks safety in the here-and-now. I believe in honoring the totality of your journey, giving equal weight to the ordinary details of your daily life and your most transformative milestones. My approach focuses on how you experience the world around you, helping you cultivate personal resilience and a sense of balance. By gently integrating your thoughts, emotions, and spiritual beliefs, we will work to harmonize your inner world and create a steady, comprehensive path toward your deepest healing

What you can expect from me

In our first session at Stepping Stones of LIFE, LLC (SSOL), you can expect a warm, collaborative environment where we begin by simply sharing insights and ideas to build a foundation of trust. My goal for our initial time together is to create a safe space where your story can start to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we will begin exploring the connection between your past and your present, looking at how your history has shaped the person you are today. I pay close attention to your experience as it happens in the room, honoring everything from the ordinary details of your daily routine to the most transformative moments of your life. We will work toward a holistic outcome where we integrate your thoughts, emotions, and spiritual values, while ensuring your nervous system feels supported and secure as we identify the best path forward for your healing.
