About Me

~Life is a balance of holding on and letting go~ Rumi

Are you living a balanced life? What is your story?

Often, our path in life gets off balance when we encounter major life transitions, work stress, relationships struggles, family conflicts, complicated grief and loss and addictions. When we experience existential concerns, identity crisis, cultural distress, it affects us deeply, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and often stuck. Seeking the right help is pivotal in working through, accessing meaning behind the suffering and looking ahead with hope.

I am trained in best practice modalities of CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, MI, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy which I utilize to assist my clients gain insight into their struggles, learn to modulate emotions, practice healthy coping skills to manage symptoms, problem solve challenges and manifest in sustaining healthy lifestyles.
