I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 19 years experience in treating individuals, and families. I am certified in treating children and adolescents as well as I am am a certified CFE, TiCCA, CCTP, TF-CBT and CBT therapist. I am trained in family systems theory, play therapy and behavior modification techniques. I have a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, Specializing in Child and Adolescent Therapy, from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia, PA. (Lic #: 13974).

My approach to therapy

I offer an individualized yet evidenced based approach to therapy, combining my belief that we all need different things to grow and develop with sound empirical theories of therapy. A person centered approach to best meet the changing needs of individuals integrating new therapeutic interventions with tried and true approaches.

As your counselor, my role is to help you learn effective skills that build on your own strengths, define attainable and achievable goals and recognize options that are available to you.
