Great to meet you!

I have worked with children, teens and adults for over three years helping individuals and families find increased wellness and functioning throughout their life. I completed a masters in counseling from Oregon State University and have been working in the mental health field throughout my life in several capacities. I am passionate about helping people find healing, empowerment and increased relationship to self through our work together. I offer support utilizing IFS, somatic processing, DBT, narrative therapy, attachment based therapies, and play therapy among others to best suit the client's goals and needs.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a wellness lens. I know that the client knows themself best and I can aid in offering compassion, therapeutic understanding, and empathy to build a better relationship for client to self, the therapist and other relationships in their life.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm, compassionate, human approach to sessions. I utilize humor, mind body connection, and a cozy connection and environment. I follow the client as a helpful guide based on client's needs and goals.
