I'm committed to conducting my life with clarity, purpose & dedication to serving others. I utilize core values such as compassion, empathy, integrity & wisdom to assist clients with creating a healthier life. I believe in using 2 approaches to healing & wellness, which is Client-Centered, where the client drives his/her own vehicle; I support the path, he/she decides to take. I also enjoy using CBT, it teaches clients how to understand his/her thoughts/feelings & behaviors in a positive way.
Clients can expect: to feel safe, to be supported, to be heard & seen, while tapping into the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, which are emotional, occupational, intellectual, environmental, financial, social, physical & spiritual. Overall, change does not occur overnight, it is a process where I am committed to Producing Opportunities Which Embrace Rehabilitation (POWER).
