Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.

My clinical background includes extensive work with children, adolescents, and families. I offer counseling for adolescents and adults (age 12+) at this time. I have served as a clinical social worker and therapist in hospitals, intensive outpatient programs, school systems, and nonprofit counseling programs.

My approach to therapy

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate other treatment approaches that will best meet the unique needs of each person. Therapy is a collaborative process and I work with my clients to bring forward their strengths and insight while offering new skills and perspective to address problems

What you can expect from me

I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based practices to help you navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions, I will provide a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will work toward developing effective coping strategies, enhancing your emotional resilience, and fostering greater self-understanding.
