Great to meet you!

I work best with adults who want to feel better and understand themselves better. That means therapy with me is active and practical: we'll build real skills, make real shifts, and you'll leave sessions with something you can actually use.

I specialize in working with college and graduate students, young adults, and anyone navigating a major life transition. You can expect a balance of warmth and genuine challenge in our sessions.

My approach to therapy

I use CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT — not as a rigid protocol, but as a flexible toolkit. I adapt to what you're actually dealing with. CBT helps us catch and reframe the thoughts keeping you stuck. DBT gives you concrete skills for managing intense emotions and relationships. Trauma-Focused CBT lets us process past experiences without being overwhelmed by them.

I also work with a solution-focused lens, which means I'm always asking: what would feel different, and how do we get there? To support that between sessions, I sometimes suggest brief, real-world exercises — small things you can practice in your actual life, not just in the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I'll ask what's brought you in, what's felt hard lately, and what you're hoping life looks like when things feel more manageable.

From there, we'll build a plan with goals that feel real and reachable. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of direction and feel genuinely heard.

Sessions are available in English or Spanish — whichever feels more like home.
