Great to meet you!

My name is Norma Carrillo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Master’s degree. I am fluent in Spanish and English. I have been working with individuals and families experiencing mental health, emotional, and behavioral issues, helping them find solutions and improve their lives. I have experience with multiple modalities including CBT, Mindfulness, client-centered therapy, and the application of coping skills.

My approach to therapy

Holistic counseling is utilized to provide services that embrace comprehensive strategies for well-being, recognizing the interconnections of mind, body, and spirit. Various modalities are employed and combined including the CBT approach to understand that thoughts and beliefs contribute to emotional distress and/or problematic behaviors, mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and enhanced self-awareness to support clients on their journey towards lasting positive change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Effective counseling services support your journey toward personal growth, improved relationships, and overall well-being. A safe and non-judgmental space is provided for you to explore your concerns, find solutions, and enhance your overall quality of life. Contact me today to schedule an appointment and embark on a path of healing, self-discovery, and positive change.
