As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a person who has been through the healing journey, I strongly believe in investing in your mental health. This is why I am passionate about helping individuals and families unpack some of their most difficult moments in life.

I specialize in a Trauma Based Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused Therapy approach to unpacking life's difficult moments and making meaning of the pain you have experience. I do this by building trust and creating a safe place for vulnerability and authenticity. No judgment. I would love to get to know you and help you along your journey to joy, peace, and contentment.

I have experience in working with individuals and families who have experienced complex trauma, anxiety, depression, inner child wombs, and PTSD. I pride myself and honest and open conversation and identifying tools to reach our desired outcomes.
