My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to each client’s unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with humanistic principles to help clients better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected, while also creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and validated.

Through CBT, I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or low self-esteem. Through a humanistic approach, I support personal growth, self-acceptance, emotional healing, and a stronger sense of purpose. I believe therapy works best when clients feel empowered to actively participate in their healing process.

My goal is to meet each client with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity, honoring their personal values and beliefs while helping them build practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s personal needs, goals, and life experiences. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with humanistic principles to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and understood.

Using CBT, I help clients recognize and work through negative thought patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, anger, grief, or low self-esteem. At the same time, my humanistic approach focuses on personal growth, self-acceptance, emotional healing, and helping clients reconnect with their strengths and sense of purpose.

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel empowered, supported, and actively involved in their healing process. My goal is to meet each person with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for their values and beliefs while providing practical tools that promote meaningful, lasting change.
