Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the emotional weight of always having to be strong. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that healing begins when you feel safe enough to be fully seen.

I do not believe therapy is about “fixing” you. I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you understand patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create space for choices that feel more aligned with who you are becoming.

My work is especially supportive for clients who are ready to explore not only what is happening in their lives, but also the deeper patterns beneath it — including identity, relationships, boundaries, self-worth, grief, and the ways past experiences may still be shaping the present.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and relational. I integrate reflective exploration with practical support, helping clients understand the connection between their experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns of coping.

Sessions are collaborative and conversational. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can exhale, tell the truth, and explore what you need without judgment. You hold the answers — I hold the space.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a warm, unhurried conversation focused on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope will feel different in your life.

You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. We will talk about what you have been carrying, the patterns or challenges you are noticing, and what support might feel most helpful. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clearer about what we can begin working toward together.
