Great to meet you!

I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their mental health journey. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns and feel confident that their experiences are valued.

I understand that seeking mental health care is a significant step, and I am committed to building a trusting relationship with each client.

With experience caring for children, adolescents, and adults, I strive to provide evidence-based care tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, personalized, and centered on the whole person. I recognize that mental health treatment is not one size fits all, so I take the time to understand each client's symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals before developing a treatment plan. Together, we will discuss available treatment options and make informed decisions that support your long-term well-being.

My focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, open communication, and mutual respect while providing evidence-based medication management and ongoing support.

What you can expect from me

In your first appointment, you can expect a comprehensive and welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you. We will discuss your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, symptoms, daily life, and treatment goals.

This initial session is an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you hope to achieve through treatment.

By the end of the visit, we will work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and goals, so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
