Great to meet you!

I am a clinical social worker and graduated from the University of Michigan School of Social Work where I focused on early childhood development and family practice. I have training in, child development, attachment theory, play therapy, mindfulness, infant and child-parent psychotherapy, perinatal and postpartum transitions, mind-body techniques, couples therapy and trauma-focused therapies.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the relationship between a therapist and client is the agent of change in therapy. Making the decision to come to therapy can feel like a big step and my goal is to support parents, who are the experts in their children, learn new skills to support their child. I take a humanistic approach and value the unique strengths that each client and family bring to therapy.

What you can expect from me

You will leave our initial sessions feeling heard and with new skills and understanding about your situation. Future sessions often include supported and focused emotional work that is client-led.
