Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than twenty years of experience supporting individuals, families, and children. I’ve worked in community agencies, schools, behavioral health clinics, medical centers, and hospital emergency departments—settings where people often seek help during their most difficult moments. Those experiences shape the way I show up in therapy: with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, collaborative, and trauma‐informed space where you can explore what you’ve been carrying and what you hope to change. I see you as the expert on your own life, and I work alongside you to understand your strengths, your survival strategies, and the patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we move at a pace that feels comfortable, making room for clarity, healing, and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy right now. I’ll ask a few gentle questions, explain how therapy works with me. I invite you to share whatever feels important. You can expect a calm, supportive environment where you’re welcome to go slowly, express uncertainty, and show up exactly as you are. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and grounded in your next steps.
