Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained or unsure how to balance life’s demands with their own needs. Others are navigating relationship challenges, career transitions, or the lasting effects of trauma.

My mission is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and begin the work of emotional healing. My practice focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, boundary-setting, and major life transitions. I also support clients in exploring cultural identity and how it shapes their relationships, choices, and overall well-being. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Oregon.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions, tailored to your unique goals. Together, we’ll strengthen your emotional awareness, build confidence, and restore a sense of peace and balance in your daily life. Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or renewed motivation, I’m here to walk beside you as you move forward with intention and grace.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect an open and relaxed conversation focused on you. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and identify the areas you’d like to focus on most. This time is also about assessing our compatibility and ensuring you feel comfortable with my approach. I invite you to share any fears, questions, comments, or concerns you may have about the therapy process, nothing is off limits. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
