My approach to therapy

Obasi utilizes an eclectic modality that includes an African-centered and trauma-informed approach that involves focusing on harmony, balance, and authenticity. Obasi also uses modalities such as CBT, Existentialism, and Belief Systems Analysis to assist the client in having a holistic understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
