Great to meet you!

I believe good mental health care starts with trust. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing. I work with adults across a range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, women’s health, and dementia.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in listening and collaboration. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I want to understand your symptoms, your goals, and how your mental health fits into the bigger picture of your life. Together, we can explore treatment options and create a plan that feels realistic and right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a thoughtful conversation about what brought you to care, your current symptoms, your history, and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll take the time to answer your questions and make sure you understand the recommendations we discuss. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clear path forward. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be happy to work with you.
