Great to meet you!

I am a veteran. I am a husband. I am a father. And I am a therapist. These are roles I take great pride in and work constantly to perform in at a high level. An important element of my existence is that these roles communicate an identical message to all that I encounter: integrity, compassion, confidence and resilience. I enjoy the effort of life, and honestly try to help others see the value in investing in their own.

My approach to therapy

I see myself as a guide to help clients build awareness of their interactions with society and the environment around them. Often times, the solutions are present but there is a need to adjust our perspective; and I see myself as a professional that can help illuminate that alternate perspective.

What you can expect from me

My approach in the first session is very direct. I will want to dive headfirst into what is believed to be the obstacle to the kind of life my client sees for themself. I will want to learn about the situation and circumstances that brought them into this present moment. And then I will ask the client how we are going to work together and measure success.
