Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. My approach is gentle yet powerful, focused on truly understanding you as a whole person—mind, body, and heart. I believe that healing happens when all parts of your story are seen, accepted, and supported with care.

In our sessions, you’ll find a space that’s warm, compassionate, and transformation-focused. I’ll meet you where you are with empathy and understanding, helping you explore your experiences and discover what’s been holding you back. My style is clear, grounded, and effective, yet always heart-centered. Together, we’ll work toward lasting change that allows you to feel lighter, stronger, and more at peace within yourself.

I draw from trauma-informed, holistic, and integrative approaches, weaving together both evidence-based methods and mind-body practices that help restore balance and presence. Whether you’re healing from trauma, rebuilding self-esteem, or navigating a major life transition, I offer a safe and encouraging space where transformation happens naturally and at your own pace.

This is more than therapy—it’s a journey toward wholeness, clarity, and empowerment. I am here to help you resolve the issues that keep you stuck so they no longer define or limit you. You don’t have to walk this path alone. Together, we’ll help you feel centered, confident, and connected to your life, your relationships, and your truest self.

Grounded in presence, growing in strength. Come as you are. Leave as your fullest self. You deserve to feel whole.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, heart-centered, and holistic, grounded in the belief that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Drawing from Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic, Solution-Focused, and many other approaches, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

Our work together focuses on helping you reconnect with your authentic self, heal emotional wounds, and develop practical tools for change. Sessions are compassionate, empowering, and transformation-focused: designed to support real, lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for you to exhale, slow down, and simply be yourself. We’ll take time to get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and discuss what you’d like to gain from our work together.

I approach this conversation with warmth, compassion, and curiosity. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, supported, and understood from the very beginning.

Together, we’ll begin to identify patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your life, and I’ll share how I can best support your healing journey. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction, hope, and practical next steps.

It’s not about being perfect—it’s about beginning. Healing starts in the now.
