Great to meet you!

Finding the right mental health provider can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. I'm Oladapo Odusanya, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over six years of healthcare experience dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults achieve lasting emotional wellness.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, mood disorders, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative, patient-centered, and personalized—I take the time to understand your story, listen without judgment, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Drawing on more than six years of clinical experience, I combine medication management with supportive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve meaningful and lasting improvement. I earned my advanced psychiatric training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and remain committed to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health care.

Whether you're facing life's challenges, struggling with persistent symptoms, or simply seeking a healthier, more balanced life, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel better, function better, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and solution focused. I believe that every person deserves to be heard, understood, and treated with dignity. I create a safe, judgment-free environment where you can openly discuss your concerns while we work together to identify the root causes of your challenges, not just the symptoms.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood changes, sleep difficulties, or overwhelming stress, my goal is to help you regain control of your life. I provide individualized, evidence-based treatment that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, and practical coping skills tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I view treatment as a partnership. You'll be involved in every decision, receive education about your diagnosis and treatment options, and leave each visit with a clear plan for moving forward. My focus is not only on helping you feel better today but also on equipping you with the tools to build long-term emotional wellness, resilience, and a better quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you, not rushing to conclusions. I'll take the time to understand your concerns, symptoms, personal history, strengths, and goals in a supportive, confidential, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story.

Together, we'll discuss what has been affecting your mental health, identify your treatment goals, and develop a personalized plan that fits your needs. If medication is appropriate, we'll review your options, expected benefits, and possible side effects so you can make informed decisions. You'll leave your first appointment with a clearer understanding of your condition, a treatment plan tailored to your goals, and confidence that you have a partner committed to supporting your journey toward better mental health.
