Hello and welcome! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of healthcare settings. I began my career in nursing and grew into mental health care through hands-on experience, which taught me the value of listening closely, collaborating with care teams, and meeting each person where they are.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I use evidence-based care, including medication management, CBT techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices when appropriate, while also considering the biological, emotional, and social factors that shape your well-being. I care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions, and I use clear, everyday language so we can make decisions together.
Your first session will be welcoming, structured, and centered on understanding your concerns, history, current symptoms, medications, daily life, and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and create an initial plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, coping strategies, and practical education.
