Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and a background in psychiatric nursing. I provide care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, trauma-related concerns, schizophrenia, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while helping each person feel respected, understood, and actively involved in their treatment.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful mental health care begins with listening. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, taking into consideration your symptoms, experiences, strengths, physical health, lifestyle, and personal goals. Through comprehensive assessment, medication management, supportive therapeutic interventions, education, and shared decision-making, we will work together to create a treatment plan that feels both clinically appropriate and realistic for your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you beyond your symptoms or diagnosis. We will talk about what brought you to care, your current concerns, medical and mental health history, medications, daily experiences, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. You can expect a welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free environment where you are encouraged to ask questions, share at your own pace, and leave with a clearer understanding of the next steps in your care.
