Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adolescents ages 13 and older and adults. I am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, validated, and supported.

I understand how heavy life can feel when you are carrying anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, stress, trauma, grief, or difficult life transitions. You don't have to keep white-knuckling it alone. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where we can acknowledge the weight of what you're carrying. We will explore it together, keeping in mind a simple truth: you can't find comfort in change, and you can't find change in comfort. Together, we will gently step into that growth edge so you can build real, sustainable change and feel genuinely grounded in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative and empowering process, and that each person’s needs and experiences are unique. My approach is rooted in behavioral therapies and evidence-based practices, which I tailor to your individual goals. Together, we will explore healthy coping strategies, build practical skills, and identify your strengths so you feel better equipped to manage difficult emotions and navigate challenges in your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn more about what you hope to gain from our work together. We will begin exploring your needs and goals while creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive—we will work together to determine what support will be most helpful for you.
