Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation. I provide culturally sensitive care in English, Spanish, and Russian and strive to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

I was born in Russia, lived in Mexico, and now practice in Texas, which allows me to work effectively with diverse and multicultural clients. I hold multiple master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Professional Counseling. My professional background includes work in nonprofit and private practice settings, especially with children and families affected by trauma and abuse.

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I use evidence-based methods such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and play and art therapy. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and discussing your concerns, goals, and background. I will explain the therapy process, answer your questions, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident about beginning your healing journey.
