Great to meet you!

Relationship struggles and unresolved trauma can affect the way we think, feel, and connect with others. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating relationship issues, PTSD, trauma, and challenges within couples and families. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by stress, or unsure how to create lasting change. Whether you're facing relationship difficulties, struggling with the effects of trauma, or simply wanting a better quality of life, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand what is happening and begin moving forward. My goal is to help you create meaningful change and experience healthier relationships and greater emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe change begins with understanding the problems that are affecting your life and identifying the patterns that keep those problems going. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and solution focused, creating a space where clients feel supported while building practical tools for lasting growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Couples Therapy, and Gottman Method principles to support healing and healthier relationships. Together, we may explore relationship concerns, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, family challenges, and anger management. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, strengthen communication, and improve your overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive and goal oriented environment where we work together to better understand the challenges bringing you to therapy. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and gain greater confidence in your ability to create meaningful change. Whether you're healing from trauma or working through relationship difficulties, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, balance, and hope for the future.
