Great to meet you!

Navigating life's challenges can sometimes leave you questioning who you are, what you need, or whether the life you're living truly aligns with the person you want to become. Whether you're struggling with relationships, setting boundaries, building confidence, or adjusting to a new season of life, you deserve a space to explore your experiences, gain clarity, and feel supported.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a particular passion for helping women strengthen their sense of self, develop healthier relationships, and find their voice. My approach is warm, authentic, and conversational. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard, while also encouraging honest reflection, new perspectives, and meaningful change.

As a Christian therapist and Certified Christian Life Coach, I also offer the option of integrating faith and biblical principles into our work for those who desire it. I believe therapy is an opportunity not only to work through life's challenges but also to grow in self-awareness, embrace your strengths, and move toward a life that reflects your values and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and conversational, grounded in trauma-informed and person-centered care. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients explore how their thoughts, emotions, past experiences, and values shape their choices, relationships, and behavior patterns.

I balance empathy and support with honest feedback and thoughtful challenges that encourage self-reflection, accountability, and meaningful change. Together, we'll work to strengthen your sense of self, establish healthy boundaries, communicate assertively, and develop practical strategies that align with who you are and who you aspire to become.

For clients who desire it, I also incorporate Christian principles and faith-based practices, recognizing the important role spirituality can play in healing, personal growth, and overall wellness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another and start building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently navigating, and what you'd like to gain from our work together. I'll also ask questions about your background, relationships, and experiences to better understand you as a whole person.

There's no pressure to have everything figured out or share your entire story in one session. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable as we begin to identify your goals and areas where you'd like to experience growth or change.

My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and confident that we can work together toward meaningful progress.
