Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck — knowing why they do the things they do, but unable to change no matter how hard they try. They may be navigating the end of a relationship that ended for the same reasons as the last one, struggling to say no, shutting down during conflict, or cycling through burnout, numbness, and self-doubt. Whether you're an individual in your teens, twenties, or thirties, or a couple wanting to stop having the same fight over and over, you don't have to keep feeling this way. I work with people who want to understand themselves more deeply and are ready to start choosing differently.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to spark curiosity about the parts of yourself that drive your patterns rather than fighting against them. Together, we can explore why those parts exist, what they're trying to protect you from, and how to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself — so your choices start to align with your values and the life you actually want.

My approach blends evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. For couples or those working on relationships, I use the Gottman Method to help build the communication and conflict-resolution skills that create lasting connection. Above all, sessions are a space where nothing is too painful or too shameful to discuss.

What you can expect from me

If part of you is ready to reach out while another part isn't so sure, that's okay. You don't have to be completely ready to begin. We can start with a conversation and go from there. I welcome curiosity, questions, and concerns. I hope to meet you soon!
