Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Olivia Easley. I’m glad you’re here.

Are you feeling stretched thin, constantly showing up for others while feeling unseen or disconnected from yourself? You may be navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, or the emotional weight of health concerns, and it’s beginning to take a toll. You don’t have to carry it alone.

I work with adults who are ready to move beyond survival mode and toward a more grounded, fulfilling way of living. Together, we create space to process what you’ve been holding while building clarity, boundaries, and coping strategies that support your emotional and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, compassion-focused, and culturally affirming, honoring the connection between your mind, body, relationships, culture, and lived experiences. Drawing from narrative and relational approaches, I believe the stories we carry about ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences shape how we move through the world. In therapy, we may explore the messages, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve you while reconnecting you to your strengths, values, and sense of self.

I also incorporate reflective tools such as journaling, mindfulness, and bibliotherapy when aligned with your interests and goals. Through literature, storytelling, and guided reflection, bibliotherapy can support insight, emotional processing, identity exploration, and healing in meaningful and accessible ways.

I offer individual therapy, group counseling, clinical supervision, and consultation. My work is collaborative and centered on your needs, your voice, and your goals. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for individuals across identities and backgrounds, including Black women, LGBTQ+ clients, and those navigating complex life experiences.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but our first session is simply a conversation. We’ll explore what brought you here, identify what may no longer be serving you, and begin creating a path toward meaningful, lasting change.

You deserve support that sees the full you.
