Great to meet you!

I provide telehealth counseling for adults in New Mexico and Nevada. Many people come to therapy with me feeling stuck—repeating the same patterns in relationships, work, or daily life, and unsure how to move forward.

You might be feeling burned out, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or at a crossroads. Some clients come in questioning their sense of direction, values, or role in their relationships, family, or career. Others are adjusting to changes related to health, disability, loss, or major life transitions.

Therapy with me is a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and begin making changes that feel manageable and aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

I use a relational, humanistic, and strengths-based approach. This means I focus on building a genuine connection rooted in warmth, empathy, and respect, while tailoring therapy to your unique experiences and goals.

There is no one-size-fits-all model in my work. I adapt therapy to who you are, your background, and where you are in your life. My style is gentle, validating, and collaborative, helping you build insight, confidence, and practical tools for change.

I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences, including people who identify as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, hard of hearing, or living with disabilities or chronic health conditions..

.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a low-pressure conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope might change—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to start. My role is to help create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we begin working together.
