Hello and welcome! I believe that you deserve to feel joy, confidence, and security in your relationships—and in yourself. I aim to build a space where you feel understood and accepted—a place where you can begin to set down the things you’ve been carrying and focus on healing.
I have been a licensed social worker in Maryland since 2018, with experience supporting individuals and families through a range of complex challenges including; serious and life-limiting illnesses, relational and family stressors, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
I use a person-centered foundation and tailor each session to you, drawing from strengths-based and mindfulness practices, somatic and expressive techniques, and narrative and meaning-making approaches. Together we’ll explore your story, honor your emotions, and lean into strategies that help you feel grounded, empowered, and understood.
I invite you to share your goals, intentions, and hopes for therapy so we can collaborate in a way that truly reflects what matters most to you. Whether you're navigating grief, life transitions, or emotional challenges, my ultimate goal is to support you in moving forward with greater clarity, strength, and self-awareness.
My goal in our work together is for you to feel truly supported and cared for in each session. I aim to create a safe space where you can be vulnerable and rest down what feels heavy. I’m here to support you in the ways you want and need, to offer comfort through difficult moments, and to help you reconnect with your strength so you can make meaningful, lasting change.
