Great to meet you!

My therapeutic approach is anchored in trauma informed, creative and mind-body practices, ensuring that the people with whom I work receive high quality care that addresses their concerns at the heart, as this is where we see real, transformational change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, (CCTP-II) and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP).

A bit about my approach to therapy

Doing therapy is deep and powerful work, and my intention is to create a space to facilitate true, meaningful and lasting transformation by bringing together brain science, art, clinical knowledge and lived human experience into the therapeutic space.

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions with me are guided by clear goals and intentions with your desired outcome in mind. We may use things like art, music, poetry, imagination, metaphor, story telling, and other dynamic tools to go deeper into your healing journey.
